1.Planning and Conceptual Design
Please let us know your ideas, such as what kind of product you want to make, what specs you want for a machine, or if you want to modify an existing machine. After the meeting, we'll create a quote, finalize the specifications, and start production.
2.Design
We design based on production specifications and past results.
3.Parts processing and procurement
We also make specialized rolls in-house, like die-cutters. We handle assembly of both mechanical and electrical parts.
4.Test run
We operate the machine and check if it’s working according to the specifications. Customers can also attend to see this.
5.Inspection and Delivery
We ship the machines to the customer's factory. After installation, we do on-site adjustments and inspections.
